Esox Rods Warranty and Service Policy

A completed warranty activation card must be on file to activate your warranty on your new ESOX fishing rod.

ESOX RODS are individually assembled and inspected with the utmost care and attention to detail. However, should failure occur due to defects in the materials or workmanship (to be determined by ESOX RODS) the rod would be repaired or replaced (to be determined by ESOX RODS) at no charge during the warranty period.

ESOX RODS are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

The consumer must make all warranty claims directly to ESOX RODS. ESOX RODS dealers, sales people, or distributors are not authorized to perform warranty service for ESOX RODS. Any repair work done outside of the ESOX RODS factory will void the warranty.
  1. All rods must be properly packaged and insured, and be sent with the customer's name and contact information (phone number, email, and address) for return shipping and/or questions about the warranty request.
  2. Include in the package, a brief written description of the reason for the warranty claim and how the problem was detected. Also, include a copy of the purchase receipt showing the date of the purchase, along with a check or money order for $25.00 for return shipping. (Must accompany all warranty claims.)

ESOX RODS that are not covered under warranty may also be repaired or replaced at a reasonable charge. Rods with warranties that have expired or rods that have been damaged by misuse, accidental or normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty. ESOX RODS will advise you of the cost of your repair or replacement and wait for approval before proceeding

This warranty is limited to repair of the rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from use of the rod. This warranty gives you specific legal right and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

ESOX Rods Rapid Replacement Service

For a rod to be eligible for the Rapid Replacement Service you must be the original owner and have sent in the warranty card and copy of your sales receipt, showing the purchase date of the rod. The Rapid Replacement Service is valid for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. Any rod already replaced under this service is no longer eligible for Rapid Replacement. ESOX RODS holds the right to refuse this service to any person(s) they feel are intentionally abusing the service by intentionally breaking or damaging a rod in order to get a free replacement.

To use the Rapid Replacement Service you MUST call ESOX RODS at 1-765-966-5900. We will need to get information on the rod that you are replacing along with a description of the problem and how it occurred. If we no longer offer the model you broke, we will replace it with what we determine to be the closest comparable model from our current rod line. Pending stock availability, we will ship the replacement via standard ground shipping.

The cost: $95.00 for standard ground delivery in the Continental United States (additional charges for deliveries on rods over 9 ft. long or shipments outside of the Continental United States).

When you call, ESOX RODS can accept your payment over the phone using your VISA or MASTERCARD. If you do not return the broken rod within 30 days of receipt of your new replacement rod you authorize ESOX RODS to charge your credit card the full suggested retail price of the replacement rod in addition to the cost already billed.


  1. Call Esox at 1-765-966-5900, and answer the necessary questions.
  2. When you receive your new rod, simply remove it from the shipping container and place your old broken rod into the same shipping container along with a copy of your sales receipt, showing proof of purchase date.
  3. Ship the broken rod back to ESOX RODS within 30 days to complete the process.
